How to Delete Your Account

1. Delete Your Account Through the Kineano Mobile App (Instant)

The quickest way to remove your account is directly from the app:

1. Open the Kineano app.

2. Log in to your account.

3. Go to the Profile or Account Settings section.

4. Scroll down and tap the Delete Account button.

5. Confirm your request.

Your account will be deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion.

2. Delete Your Account via Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app or have already uninstalled it, you can request account deletion manually:

• Email Address: asostartup@gmail.com

• Subject Line: Account Deletion Request – [Your Registered Email or Phone Number]

• Required Information: Include your registered email address or phone number (+880...) so we can verify your identity.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once your request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed from our active systems:

• Personal profile information (Name, Email Address, Phone Number)

• Saved shipping and billing addresses

• Wishlist and shopping cart history

• Personalized settings and preferences

What Data May Be Retained?

To comply with legal, tax, and financial regulations, Kineano may retain certain records, including:

• Order history

• Invoices

• Payment confirmations

This retained information is securely stored and will not be used for marketing, tracking, or promotional purposes.

Processing Time

• In-App Requests: Processed immediately

• Email Requests: Processed within 30 days of receipt

You will receive confirmation once your account deletion request has been completed.
